CII: CII sets up subsidiary

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company has established a subsidiary as follows:

-         According to Resolution No.15/2011/NQ-HDQT dated October 18, 2012 by the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of Viet Nam Philippines Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company “VPI” with charter capital of 900 billion dongs and Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company will hold 99.99% stake in the new company.

-         After the new company is set up, CII will transfer its stake in this company (including transfer to foreign investors) to decrease its holding to under 50% stake in VPI.
