LGL: LGL establishes a joint venture

On October 16, 2012, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to set up Long Giang Sports Service Joint Stock Company:

-         Charter capital: 10,000,000,000 dongs in which: Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company contributes 3,000,000,000 dongs or 30% stake and other investors contribute 7,000,000,000 dongs or 70% stake.

-         Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company assigned Mr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha, Chief Accountant as the representative of all contribution capital in Long Giang Sports Service Joint Stock Company.
