VFG: Board Resolution No.06
Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company discloses Board Resolution No.06 of the board meeting held on October 23, 2012:
Article 1: The Board of Directors decided to assign Ms. Nguyen Bach Tuyet to negotiate with FOCOCEV to repurchase FOCOCEV’s stake. Article 2: The Board of Directors decided to authorize the Management to continue distributing the remaining shares of ESOP 2012 (40% of ESOP) to individuals who have contributed to the company. Article 3: The shareholders’ meeting will be organized in mid-January 2013. Therefore, the Board of Directors assigned the Management to prepare documents and reports for the meeting.
