IJC: IJC sets up a new subsidiary

Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 22, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: Approved to receive capital contribution in Quang Quy Restaurant Co., Ltd with 1,500,000,000 dongs to Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.

 

Article 2: Approved to transform Quang Quy Restaurant Co., Ltd directly under IJC Co., Ltd. Charter capital of IJC Co., Ltd: 6 billion dongs with business lines: Trading hotel, leasing houses, apartments, rooms and offices, management consulting business, restaurant, etc.

 

Article 3: Approved to appoint Mr. Do Quang Ngon – CEO of IJC as representative for capital contribution inf IJC Co., Ltd.

 

Article 4: Assigned to the Management to complete necessary procedures.

 

Article 5: This resolution takes effect from October 22, 2012.
