Article 1: The Board of Directors approved plan for setting up BT Thu Thua-Binh Thanh JSC
Investment value: VND49,900,000,000 (99.8% charter capital of BT Thu Thua-Binh Thanh JSC)
- Address: located at 30 Lot F, Street No.11, residential area of Ben Luc town center, Ben Lut District, Long An Province.
- Business: construction of railway, road, public and other civil works; installation of electricity, water, fire place, and air conditioners; and exploitation of stone, sand, gravel, clay.
Article 2: The Board of Directors assigned Dang Xuan Hung to be representative of the above capital in BT Thu Thua-Binh Thanh JSC.
Article 3: This resolution takes effect from October 24, 2012.
