PTC: PTIC to consult shareholders

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTIC) announces Board Resolution No.179:

      On October 24, 2012, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTIC) approved plan to seek shareholders’ approval for delay in issuing bonus shares from surplus capital and increase in charter capital.
