On April 18, 2012, Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company would like to announce extension submitting Annual Report 2011 until April 24, 2012

On April 20, 2012, HOSE has asked Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company to release its annual report 2011 as regulated by law.

Reason of the company was not a force majeure.
