PTT: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report from the BOD 2011 and plan 2012
2. Report from Supervisory board 2011 and plan 2012
3. Operating result 2011:

- Revenue: VND 341.102 billion

- Profit before tax: - VND 7.833 billion

- Payable to the state: VND 6.706 billion

4. Audited financial statement 2010
5. Operating plan 2012:

   - Revenue: VND 336 billion

   - Expenses: VND 334 billion

   - Profit before tax: VND 2 billion

   - Payable to the statement: VND 3.85 billion

   - Investment: VND 58.463

   6. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2011 and 2012

   - 2011: : VND 162,000,000

   - 2012: : VND 162,000,000

   7. Select Deloitte Vietnam as an auditor for financial year 2012
   8. Mr. Dao Manh Tien has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Vuong Dung Hoang with effect since 31/8/2012.
   9. Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy has been appointed General Manager with effect since 16/2/2012.
