PPI: Explanation for the consolidated business result in Q4.2011

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in the consolidated business result Quarter 4.2011 and Quarter 4.2010 as follows

- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011: - 3,487,771,898 dongs

- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2010: 15,343,651,652 dongs

- Decreasing: -18,831,423,550 dongs (1.2 times)

- Reason: Revenue in Quarter 4/2011 was VND 43,525 million, decreasing VND 93,437 million (32%) compared to the same of 2010, real estate sale in Quarter 4.2011 was VND 25.45 billion, decreasing 43% compared to Quarter 4.2010 because the real estate market freeze.

- Revenue from bridges and roads in Quarter 4/2011 was VND 16,711 billion, decreasing 22.3% compared to Quarter 4/2010 because policy of public investment cutting.

- In Quarter 4/2011 the company recorded the loss from withdrawing capital at Nam Phan JSC by VND 2.35 billion. Financial expense increased.
