TTC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Thanh Thanh JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/04/2012. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Reports of the BOD and Supervisory Board
2. Operating Results of 2011:
· Revenue: VND319billion
· Profit before tax: VND2.722billion
* Operating Plan in 2012:
· Revenue: VND328.2billion
· Profit before tax: VND3.9billion
3. Audited Financial Statement 2011.
4. Distribution profit and setting-up funds in 2011:
- Profit before tax: VND2.722billion
- Profit after tax: VND2.722billion
- No funds be set up in 2011. All profit after tax in 2011 will be offset the loss of previous years.
5. The BOD is authorized to select auditor for Financial Statement 2012.
6. Remuneration for the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2012:
- Chair of the Board: VND3,000,000/month
- Directors: VND2,000,000/month/person
- Chief of Supervisory Board: VND2,000,000/month
- Members of Supervisory Board: VND1,000,000/month/person.
7. Electing the BOD for term 2012 – 2017:
- Mr. Trinh Buu Tuan: Chair of the Board.
- Mr. Tran Hung Luong
- Mr. Vien Dong
- Mr. Ho Huu Phuoc
- Ms. Chau Thi Dieu Phuong
The BOD is responsible for carrying out these tasks.
