DCL: Extension of the submission date for Audited Financial Statements 2011

On April 09, 2012, Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company would like to announce extension submitting the 2011 audited financial statements until May 15, 2012

On April 11, 2012, HOSE has asked Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company to release its audited financial statements 2011 as regulated by law.

Reason of the company was not a force majeure.
