ITA: Extension of the submission date for Audited Financial Statements 2011

On April 09, 2012, Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation would like to announce extension submitting the 2011 audited financial statements until April 18, 2012 because the company has not agreed with some contents in the audited financial statements

On April 11, 2012, HOSE has asked Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation to release its audited financial statements 2011 as regulated by law.

Reason of the company was not a force majeure.
