VINATEX Danang JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit before tax per Charter Capital: 63%

- Averages income: VND 3.5 million/person/month

- Dividend payment: 12%

6. Mr. Tran Do Nghia and Mr. Lam Quang Thai have been appointed Directors
7. Not dividend payment in 2011
8. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012: VND 672,000,000
9. Bonus for the BOD and Supervisory board: VND 100,000,000
