PPI withdraws capital from a joint venture

On May 07, 2012, the Board of Directors of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (PPI JSC) decided to withdraw all capital invested in INDECO Joint Stock Company (30% of INDECO) by transferring the contributed capital to other partner

- The Board of Directors authorized the Directorate to choose a partner.
