VIC: Vincom winds up Nam Qua Co., Ltd.
On March 20, 2012, the BOD Chairman of Vinpearl Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Vincom Joint Stock Company, issued Decision No.10/2012/QD-CT-VINPEARL to approved the dissolution of Nam Qua Ecotourism Co., Ltd. in Da Lat City, Viet Nam. The Ecotourism & Resort Vinpearl Da Lat Project, which was previously executed by Nam Qua Ecotourism Co., Ltd., will continue to be executed by Vinpearl Co., Ltd.
