VOS: VOS served a warning

According to Decision No.26/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated March 21, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VOS) was served a warning all over the market.

Reason: The Company was late in reporting financial statements of Quarter IV/2011, which violated Point 1.2, Provision IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010.
