On 12/03/2012, Petrolimex Hanoi Transportation and Trading JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 29/02/2012 to 06/03/2012 as follows:

- At the end of February and the beginning of March 2012, the Company discloses its good operating result in 2011 Audited Financial Statement.

- The Company recorded shareholder list to prepare for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment for 2011.
