On March 19, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.290/2012/TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation (stock code: SAM) as a designated stock.

- Stock SAM of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation has been designated as of March 21, 2012 according to No.24/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

- Reason: Sacom Development and Investment Corporation had a loss of VND183.24 billion in 2011.
