SAM: Decision on designating SAM

On March 19, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.24/2012/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation (stock code: SAM) as a designated stock as of March 21, 2012.

Reason: Sacom Development and Investment Corporation had a loss of VND183.24 billion in 2011.
