-         Reason: Profit after tax of year 2011 of the Company is negative (-VND14,865,442,305) baccording the the Audited financial statement FY 2011 of Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC.

-         Effective date: 20/03/2012

Alert period ends when Yen Bai Cement and Mineral JSC overcomes the current situation.
