Pursuant to Item 12.1, Article 15 of Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN on 04/06/2010, on 22/03/2012, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Issuer: Song Da Yaly Cement JSC

-          Stock code: SDY

-          Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 is negative.

Supervision period ends when Song Da Yaly Cement JSC overcomes current situation.
