DCC: Decision on designating DCC

On August 30, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Decision No.125/2011/QD-SGDHCM to designate stock of Industry Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC) as a warned stock as of September 05, 2011.

Reason: Industry Construction Corporation (DESCON) violated Point b,Clause 1, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement of Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange: Profit after tax of a fiscal year is a negative number. Profit after tax of DESCON in the 2010 audited financial statements was –VND18,160,770,971.
