SAF: Results of a ballot

Safoco Foodstuff JSC (HNX: SAF) has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held for a ballot on 14/08/2011. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Changing in business lines of Business Registration:

Discarding the business of “Trading agent of gas” to ensure the right of forein investors is unlimited following the Decision No 10/2007/QD-BTM dated 21/05/2007 by Ministry of Industry and Trade

2. Changing in Item 1, Artical 3 of Charter:

- Producing and trading noodle, role cakes and other products from starch and wheat powder;

- Producing indoor decorated products (Not recycling, electro-plating, machine handling, pottering at head office);

- Processing food (Not processing fresh and raw food at head office);

- Trading food, technologic products, seafood, garment, clothes, electricts, electron, cosmetics, jewery, purse, foot wear, stationary, portery, glass, beverage, fresh food, plastic, wine, domestic cigaretes, construction materials;

- Restaurant (Not at head office)

- House and storage renting.
