PXS: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

• Mr. Nguyen Van Than, Head of the Board of Supervisors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure JSC (HOSE: PXS) did not reported the result of trading of PXS stock after registering on April 08, 2011

•  Mr. Nguyen Van Huong, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure JSC bought 450 PXS shares on June 16, 2011 but did not announce information. Besides, Mr. Nguyen Van Huong reported the trading result of PXS stock later than regulations after registering on May 16, 2011.
