CYC: Announcement of putting CYC under control

On August 24, 2011, HOSE had Announcement No.763/2011/TB-SGDHCM to allow the stock of Chang Yih Ceramic JSC (HOSE: CYC) to be traded again but put under control:

• The stock of Chang Yih Ceramic JSC will be traded under control as of August 29, 2011 according to Decision No.123/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated August 24, 2011 by HOSE

• Trading time of CYC: Only 15 minutes of the closing periodic order-matching session every trading day

• Reference price of CYC on August 29, 2011: Equal to the closing price of CYC on June 16, 2011

• Price range: +/- 20% of the reference price.
