SMA: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

Ms. Tran Thanh Loan, younger sister of Mr. Tran Duc Phu – Member of the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Machinery Spare Parts JSC (HOSE: SMA) bought 3,800 SMA shares from August 10, 2011 to August 11, 2011 but had not had any announcements before trading.
