DIG: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

Ms. Ho Thi Kim Huong, younger sister of Mr. Ho Manh Hung – Member of the Board of Supervisors of Development Investment Construction JSC (HOSE: DIG), sold 500 DIG shares on August 16, 2011 but did not announce information.
