TSC: Explanation for business result in Q2/2010

Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company has explained business result in Q2/2010 as follows:

- Net sales: VND410,794,060,620, decreasing 35.86% compared to Q2/2009 (Sales in Q2/2009: VND640,475,686,275).

- In Q2/2010, the company lost VND72.912 billion due to the following reasons:

+ Fertilizer price in the world market decreased continuously from 15th February 2010 to 25th June 2010.

+ Dry season in Vietnam had been prolonged

+ Price of agricultural products was unstable leading to decrease of fertilizer price in the domestic market

+ Consumption was low, but business spending (Transport, packing, bank loan) increased steadily.
