Business result in the first 6 months 2010 was much better than in the same period 2009 with a 359.93% increase due to the following reasons:
- There was business transformation from the one-member limited company to the joint stock company. New chartered capital is VND300 billion. With raise of chartered capital, the company has strengthened investment activities. Besides, it has changed management and got good results.
- Output increased 60.24% or VND353,595,380,165. Sales increased 56.58% or VND292,955,826,831. In addition, although sales increased, expenses of management had little change, thus, ratio of management expenses/sales decreased leading to increase of profit.
- However, after-tax profit/chartered capital in the first 6 months was down 23.35% compared to the same period 2009.
