PVA: Results of the ballot

PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC announces the results of the ballot on adjustment of seasoned issue plan to increase charter capital approved in the General Mandate on 20/3/2010 as follows:

- Adjustment plan: Seasoned issue to increase the company’s charter capital from VND 100 bil to VND 600 bil (in previos seasoned issue plan, charter capital is expected to increase to VND 500 bil)

- Results of the ballot:

+ Number of agree ballot: 83.62%

+ Number of void ballot: 16.38%.
