BPC: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QII/2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2010, profit before tax is VND billion 4.46 (98.1%) and profit after tax is VND billion 3.51 (decrease in 13.84%) compared to Quarter II/2009. Bimson Packing Company explained the decrease in operating result in QII/ 2010 as follows:

- Because the Company is reduced 30% of income tax payable in QIV/2008 and 2009.

- Besides, in 2009, the Company gained the priority of income tax payable with rate of taxation was 20%. This priority was end by 2009 and the Company’s rate of taxation in 2010 is 25%.
