CCM: Change in plan of private placement and company name
CCM announces the change in plan of private placement and company name as follows:
CanTho Cement JSC announces the change in plan of private placemen and the company name approved in the Board Resolution on 16/07/2010 as follows:
1. Replacing plan of private placement of stocks with bonds
2. Changing in the Company name:
+ Old Vietnamese name: CTCP Xi mang Can Tho
+ New Vietnamese name: CTCP Khoang san va Xi mang Can Tho
+ Old English name: Can Tho Cement JSC
+ New English name: Can Tho Mineral and Cement JSC
+ Reason: Suitable for business lines of the Company
+ Effective date: 16/07/2010.
