ABT: Resolution of the BOD

Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated 27th July 2010 as follows:

* All members of the BOD approved of asking opinions of shareholders about adjusting plan of dividend payment with ratio of 30%-40% (Passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010) to the ratio of 40%-80%, in which 20% paid in stock.

* The resolution is valid from 27th July 2010.
