SD7: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Songda 7 JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23/07/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Seasoned issue plan
- Stock type: Common stock.
- Par value: VND 10,000.
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 6,450,000 shares
- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 64,500,000,000,000
* Offering method :
Placement with outstading shareholders:
- Offering volume: 6,000,000 shares
- Exercise rate: 3:2 (Shareholders are entitled to have 2 share purchase right for every 3 shares they own and they can buy 1 new share for every share purchase right). Number of share purchase rights will be rounded down to unit digit.
- Share purchase rights can be transferred only once.
- Offering price: VND 20,000 / share
Placement with staff:
- Offering volume: 450,000 shares
- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 4,500,000,000
Offering price: VND 20,000 / share
- The BOD will decide the number of shares issue for staff
2. Change in company’s policy and certificate of business.
