• In Q2/2009, there was shortage of gas supply leading to decrease of electricity output. Meanwhile gas supply was stable in the first 6 months 2010 and dry season prolonged during the time; they made turbine groups of the electricity system to run with maximum capacity, even run by Diesel oil. Therefore, electricity output in the first 6 months increased leading to increase of sales and profit.
• Due to increase of input expenses, the company coordinated with the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) to raise the electricity selling price (Fixed selling price increased by VND16.26/kWh).
