TCS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Revenue: VND 2,045 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 83.1 bil
- Dividend payment: %
2. Operating plan 2010:
- Revenue: VND 2,164 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 63
- Dividend payment: 15%

5. Audited financial statement 2009
6. Dividend payout ratio of 2009
7. Setting up funds:
- Profit for distribution: VND 66.44 bil
- Financial reserve: VND 3.32
- Investment and development fund: VND 19.9 bil
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 27.9 bil
- Bonus to the management board: VND 300 mil
8. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: VND 118.89 mil
9. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2010
10. Mr. Pham Ngoc Khanh will hold Director
11. Chair of the Board currently holds Manager of the company
12. Selecting AISC as auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement 2010.
