SFN: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Saigon Fishing Net Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Audited FS report of 2009
2. Report of Supervisory Board on financial auditing in 2009.
3. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 133,542,211,647
- Profit before tax: VND 15,645,448,860
- Profit after tax: VND 11,793,305,776
- Apportion for funds:
+ Development Investment fund: VND 573,490,232
+ Charter capital supplement fund: VND 573,490,232
+ Financial reserve fund: VND 573,490,232
+ Reward and welfare fund: VND 1,146,980,464
4. Dividend payout ratio in 2009: 20% of charter capital VND 30 bil, equivalent to VND 5,900,100,000, in which:
- Dividend Paid in 2009 (10%): VND 2,950,050,000
- The second payment (10%, equivalent to VND 2,950,050,000) will be paid to outstanding shareholders based on registration list at record date of 10/5/2010. Exercise date: 28/5/2010.
5. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 150,899,721,000
- Profit before tax: VND 12,007,526,000
- Apportion for funds:
+ Development Investment fund: VND 443,995,000
+ Charter capital supplement fund: VND 443,995,000
+ Reward and welfare fund: VND 887,989,000
+ Dividend payout ratio: 20%
6. Remuneration to the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2010: VND 324 mil
7. Choose AISC as auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement
8. Moving the Factory to Tan Do Industrial Zone
9. Change in BOD:
- Mr. Vo Van Thanh has been appointed Director in term 2010-2014 in place of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh.
