PVL: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
PetroVietnam Power Land Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Total investment: VND 276 bil
- Revenue: VND 125 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 66 bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 14.5 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 54.5 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 11%
2. Plan in 2010
- Total investment: VND 690 bil
- Revenue: VND 880 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 75 bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 55 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 12%
3. Activities report of the Supervisory Board in 2009 and plan for 2010
4. Audited financial statement 2009 and profit distribution plan:
+ Total assets: VND 761,387,182,631
+ Total owners’ equity: VND 577,749,234,623
+ Charter capital: VND 500 bil
+ Financial reserve fund: VND 2,725,855,361
+ Development Investment fund: VND 2,725,855,361

5. Plan of Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2010
6. Choosing AVA as auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement
7. Amendment of the company’s charter
8. Change in BOD:
- Mr. Dao Duy Phong has resigned from Chair of the Board
- Mr. Ngo Thanh Dung has been appointed Chair of the Board.
9. Change in Supervisory Board:
- Ms. Tran Thi Nam Thao has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board
- Ms. Vu Thi Cham has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board.
