HGM: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Ha Giang Mineral Mechanics JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 31/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result of 2009 and plan in 2010

* 2010

- Profit before tax: Over VND 30 billion

- Dividend payment: at least 20%

2. Report from Supervisory Board

3. Audited financial statement 2009

4. Payment for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board: VND 197,777,982

5. Profit distributions in 2009

6. Dividend payment in 2009: 20%

7. Select auditor for FY 2010: Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd

8. Bonus for the management board 2009: VND 200 million

9. Mr. Van Quoc Tan has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Le Hoai Phong with effect since 01/4/2010.
