Hight Grade Brick Tile Cooporation has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

5. Income tax payable: Getting from source of paid in capital and 30% reduced tax payable, based on MOF’s Dicision No.03/2009/TT-BTC dated 13/01/2009.

7. Distribution funds of 2010 from net profit after tax

8. Establishing two tile & brick factories in Phu Giao commune with productivity is 60 bil. items/month, in 2 periods, 1st period: 30 bil. items/month, capital: 70% owners’ equity and 30% loan.
9. BOD assigned to ask Binh Duong province and Phu Giao commune of People’s Committees for increasing clay exploit productivity is 400,000 m3/year.
