PVI: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Insurance announces the Board Resolution approved on 15/4/2010 on selectrion of strategic partners and private placement as follows:

1. Select Funderburk Lighthouse Limited, a subsidiary of Oman Investment Fund to be the strategic partner of Petrovietnam Insurance in the charter capital increase to VND 1,600 bil.

2. Approved on the signing and implementation of Share Subscription Agreement between PVI and Funderburk Lighthouse Limited and transactions stated in the mentioned Agreement.
