SDT: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Song Da No 10 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 02/03/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 710.619 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 109.895 bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 65.682 bil
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 861.238 bil
- Profit: VND 104.581bil
- Payment to State budget: VND 63.133 bil
- Expected dividend payout ratio: 20%
- Total investment: VND 281.052 bil

4. Activities report of the BOD in 2009 and plan for 2010
5. Audited financial statement 2009 and profit distribution plan:
