PVG: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 09/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 1,579 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 28 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 26 bil
- Apportion for funds: VND 4,983,618,109
+ Reward and welfare fund: VND 4,768,618,109
+ Remuneration to the BOD and Supervisory Board: VND 15 mil
+ Bonus to Management Board: VND 200 mil
- Retained earnings: VND 329 mil
- Dividend payout ratio in 2009: 8%
- First dividend payment 2010: 2.5%
- Total dividend payout ratio: 10.5%
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 1,621 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 32.81 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 28.55 bil
- Apportion for funds: VND 2,848,000,000
+ Reward and welfare fund: (1) VND 2.5 bil
+ Remuneration to the BOD and Supervisory Board: VND 48 mil
+ Bonus to Management Board: VND 300 mil
- Retained earnings: VND 329 mil
- Dividend payout ratio: 8.4%
3. Approval of Audited financial statement of 2009
4. Activities report of Supervisory Board and Select Deloitte Vietnam Ltd. Company as auditors for auditing the 2010 financial statement of the company.
5. Approval of Activities report of the BOD and Profit distribution plan for 2009.
