2. Approval of Audited FS of 2009
3. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 427,117 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 15,813 mil
- Charter capital: VND 55 bil
- Expected dividend: 15%
- Total investment: VND 214 bil, in which:
+ Investment in real estate projects: VND 125 bil
+ Investment in construction equipment: VND 89 bil
4. Profit distribution plan:
+ Profit for distribution: VND 5,499,447,261
+ Financial reserve fund (5% of profit after tax): VND 274,972,363
+ Reward and welfare fund (5% of profit after tax): VND 549,944,726
+ Development Investment Fund: VND 424,530,172
