S64: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 6.04 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 114,881 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 7,655 mil
- Payment to state budget: VND 8,083 mil
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 130,071 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 8,705 mil
- Payment to state budget: VND 8,505 mil
- Dividend payment: 15% - 17%
- Investment plan: VND 16.2 bil
3. Profit distribution plan for 2009:
+ Profit after tax: VND 6,697,731,547
+ Dividend payment by cash (15%): VND 3,000,000,000
+ Financial reserve fund: VND 274 mil
+ Development and Investment Fund: VND 2,327,731,547
+ Reward fund: VND 548 mil
+ Welfare fund: VND 548 mil
4. Select Hanoi Company Profession of Auditing and Accounting Ltd. For auditing FS of the company in 2010.
5. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, Secretary in 2009: VND 672 mil. Plan in 2010: VND 672 mil
6. Members of Board of Directors, term 2010 – 2015:
