27-storey CEO Tower inaugurated in Hanoi

The CEO Investment Joint Stock Company officially inaugurated CEO Tower on August 16.

The VND220 billion building has 27 storeys and 2 basements and its total area for lease is 20,000 sq.m. It is equipped with modern facilities offering high-quality banking and trading services.

The building is located on Pham Hung Road in the My Dinh New Urban Area along the route linking the city centre to Noi Bai International Airport which is convinient for business.

The company has appointed CB Richard Ellis Vietnam Co. Ltd. the Exclusive Marketing and Management Agent for CEO Tower. The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Quoc Thai Company are its first customers.

Office rentals vary between US$25-40 per sq.m. for a short-term period and at VND27 million per sq.m per month for a 50-year period. To date, 50 percent of the building’s space has been rented out.
