Japan helps train express railway operators
The Central Japan Railway Company (JR Tokai) has since March this year provided training for Vietnamese express railway operators.
In the first phase, 10 engineers of Vietnam have been sent to JR Tokai to study within nine months.
Vietnam has asked the Japanese company to cooperate in building an express railway and the two sides have agreed a cooperative programme which includes the personnel training.
