PNC: Explanation for business result in Q3-2008

Phuong Nam Culture Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) has given explanations to earnings fell in the third quarter against the second quarter of 2008 as follows:

* Q2/2008 profit reaped US$400,000 (equivalent to VND6 billion) from the transfer of 10% stake in Megastar Communication Joint Venture Company (approved by annual shareholders meeting held on March 22, 2008).

* The other activities of business are going well in Q3/2008.
