- It was a rain season in Q3/08 thus demand of construction stone decreased.
- In Q2/08, the company sell stock of the District 8 real estate company (*) at the amount of VND5,288,365,023.
2. Profit:
- In Q2/08, the company deducted for the devaluation provision with the amount of VND9,255,765,600.
The company did not deducted for the the devaluation provision in Q3/08.
