Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1063/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PXC stock as follows:
- Base of review: Review Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days.
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2023 for over 45 days; the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial statement 2022; the company had negative equity in Audited financial statement 2022
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Points a, b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, PetroVietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.529/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024.

Notice of stock status
On October 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of PetroVietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PXC) as follows:
- PXC shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.1062/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024 due to the reason(s)  that the company was late in submitting Review financial statements for 2023, 2024 and Audited Financial 2023 for over 45 days; the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2022; it had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed in Points a, b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- PXC shares are put on alert according to Decision No.735/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed at Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
